コンセプト　- 砂浜美術館 -

私たちの町には美術館がありません。
美しい砂浜が美術館です。

ものの見方を変えると、いろんな発想がわいてくる。

４ｋｍの砂浜を頭の中で「美術館」にすることで
新しい創造力がわいてくる。

　砂浜が美術館だとすると・・・　
　　「美しい松原が作品です。
　　沖にみえる「クジラ」が作品です。
　　砂浜に咲く「らっきょう」が作品です。
　　卵を産みにくる「ウミガメ」が作品です。
　　砂浜を裸足で走る「子どもたち」が作品です。
　　流れ着く「漂流物」が作品です。
　　波と風がデザインする「模様」が作品です。
　　砂浜に残った「小鳥の足跡」が作品です。

作品は24時間・365日展示され、時の流れるままに変化します。BGMは波の音、夜の照明は月の光・・・

砂浜から地球のことを考える。

時代を少し動かせるのは、ひとりひとりの感性の集まり。
「砂浜美術館」の５つの文字は「考え方」のキーワード
ここから
人間が生きていくために大切なことを発信していきたい。

人と自然のつきあい方を求めてー

私たちは考え、行動し、
「今、地球にとって大切なことを伝えていく作品」をつくり、
砂浜美術館から世界中へ発信していこうと思います。
創造し、発信していくためには新しい考え方・感性が必要です。
外の人の新しい感性にも出会いながら、私たち自身の感性で作品を作っていかなければならないのです。

　　

There is no offical Art Gallery in our town.
Our beautiful beach is our art gallery.

By changing how you look at the World , all sorts of new ideas will burstforth from within you.By walking along the 4kmstretch of the "Seaside Gallery", you will feel inspired by a new creative power.The world can only move forwards bygathering together the thoughtsand feelings of its people.

If the beach is an art gallery , then...

The beautiful pines are works of art.The whales you can see off the coast are works of artThe shallots blooming on thesandy beach are works of art.The sea turtles that come to lay their eggs are works of art.The children running barefoot
on the beach are works of art.Driftwood washed ashore is a work of art.The patterns designed by the waves and wind are works of art.The footprints that little birds leave in the sand are works of art.

These works of art on display 24 hours a day , 365 days a year
and the exhibits change with the passing of time.
The background music is the sound of the waves,
the night lights provided by the light of the moon.

Starting with the beach , we can consider the whole world.

We think,then we take action.We make "works of art to convey whatis important to the world right now ",and we intend to send our work to the world , from our art gallery on the beach.We want to create new artwork every single day. We need to find new ways of thinking and feeling in order to create our own artworkand present it to the world.So, we must create works of art to expresshow we think and feel ,whilst at the same time discovering the feelings of others.Our artwork has many themes(and subject)
